“Dave Joseph continues to cover it all, and has a pair of championship rings to show for his efforts.  Having called games in MLB, NHL, MLS, NCAA, AHL, ECHL and having worked for ESPN and NBC, Dave is one of the most versatile and sought-after announcers in all of sports.  He currently serves as the Public Address Announcer for Vanderbilt University baseball, soccer and hockey as well as Lipscomb University volleyball.  He has recently called games for MLS Cup Champion Los Angeles Football Club and can be heard as a Traffic Anchor on LA radio stations such as KFI AM 640, KOST 103.5, 95.5 KLOS and SiriusXM Satellite Radio.  Dave has made national television appearances on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and voiced the Los Angeles Kings’ 2014 Stanley Cup Championship at STAPLES Center.

Dave’s other announcing credits include the 2023 NCAA Men’s Frozen Four at Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay, Florida, the 2023 NCAA Division I Football Championship at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, the 2021 MLS Skills Challenge & All-Star Game at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, the 2020 AHL Skills Competition & All-Star Game at Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, the 2017 NHL Skills Competition & All-Star Game at STAPLES Center and numerous International Soccer events including teams such as Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. 

While spending eight seasons behind the microphone for the Kings, Dave also handled regular PA duties for the AHL’s Ontario Reign as well as occasional stints for the Dodgers, Galaxy, UCLA football & basketball, USC baseball, and Long Beach Ice Dogs hockey.  Upon moving to Middle Tennessee in 2021, he spent one season as PA Announcer for Lipscomb baseball and filled in announcing softball and basketball along with Vanderbilt basketball and lacrosse.  Dave has spent over three decades in the industry, having anchored sportscasts for both ESPN Radio and NBC Sports Radio, and runs his own voiceover business.
