Vanderbilt Club Hockey is currently seeking qualified applicants for a volunteer head coach position. Preferred qualifications and responsibilities are listed below.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong hockey background in playing, coaching, and/or evaluating
• Strong interest and commitment to the student-athlete experience
• Ability to work with fellow coaching personnel
• Collegiate playing experience or coaching certifications preferred, but not required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing game plans, coaching players, and planning practices
• Assisting and advising the executive board in scheduling games, planning road trips, and representing the team in the College Hockey South (CHS) and Collegiate Hockey Federation (CHF)
• Must demonstrate a vision and plan for the club hockey program at Vanderbilt University
• Maintain a high standard of integrity in all aspects of program management
